I ordered a new Exposure front light which showed as in stock on the website, then I got an email to say they were out of stock and had to wait almost a month before they arrived. However, they weren't in stock anywhere else, and as soon as they had stock, I got them, before notifications from any other companies I'd had alerts set for (I was going to cancel this order and place an order somewhere else if they'd come in before I got them from Sigma Sports).
So, only 4 stars as they shouldn't have shown as in stock when I ordered them, but good service, tracked delivery, and decent communications, and the light is amazing!
