Prompt, efficient service at a great price and with clear communication
Was looking for the best price for a Bosch Steam Generator Iron. Was delighted that the order was confirmed immediately and notification of despatch came within the hour. Delivered the next day. Can't do better than that!
Country House Outdoor
Great products, outstanding service.
Having tried on a particular pair of trail shoes (Merrell Pantheon Sport GTX) in my usual shoe size it was clear that I would need a size bigger. Country House Outdoor were the only supplier I could find on the highstreet or the internet who offered 1/2 sizes - so I gave them a quick call one Sunday and by Wednesday had two pairs to try, one a 1/2 size bigger and another a full size bigger. This gave me chance to try them both in the comfort of my own home and return the unwanted pair. Even paying the return postage (since the shoes were in the sale - another bargain as they were 20% cheaper than anywhere else I'd seen them) this was far cheaper and more convenient than driving around multiple stores.
