Rubbish, website doesn't work, avoid

I wanted to edit a review I had posted and could not get into my account or profile to do so. Tried and tried. Absolute rubbish, and of course no direct assistance available from Trustpilot, only an email address. Inevitably I have received no USEFUL help, only an automated reply that solves nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
