Possibly bad luck, but would not risk it again
Had two orders with them in a short period, both with problems.
First one, despite the item listed as in stock, took in the range of two weeks to arrive. Not even having to ask for it, they got in touch promising express delivery as a good will gesture which sounded good. But at the end they posted it using the economy option.
Second purchase was timely, but the wrong item was delivered in the correct box. E-mailed them but got no reply. Since it was a low value item and I needed it urgently I took my business elsewhere. This one was not potentially they fault but I did not like not answering email.
