I recently sold a laptop on Ebay which was bought by a person from Portugal.
I used ParcelHero for the first time. The package was uplifted on the Monday at 4.30 pm as arranged. From then I tracked the packages progress to Stanstead Airport, Paris and Madrid until it was delivered in Faro, Portugal at 4,30 pm on the Wednesday.

That's what I call service.
