Magnificent customer service

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I had a faulty inner tube as it exploded after only being inflated with a very small amount of pressure in it. No questions asked they told me to send it back and replaced it with a very fast delivery time. Will be using again in the future with this level of service and returns policy.


Standards have dropped since I first started using wiggle

The last 2 orders I have placed with wiggle I have had to return due to being sent the wrong product. I can understand once but twice in a row makes me think that the same service I recieved when I first started using then isn't there anymore.

The return policy and delivery is quite good though with pre printed labels sent out, although these weren't there with the first wrong order I recieved. Something needs to be done with the dispatch department.

We work extremely hard to ensure the highest level of care and attention is used when picking and packing our orders. I can only apologise that we have let you down.

We will learn from these mistakes and ensure that we pay more attention to ensuring all parcels are accurate before sending them out to our valued customers. We do not want customers to think that our standards have slipped because we strive to offer the best level of service possible. We will do all that we can to ensure that you are not let down again.

Jokers' Masquerade

Brilliant costume but not so with delivery or quality

If you have a timer at the top of the page displaying despatch time you would expect if you payed for next day delivery and ordered before the timer is at zero you would get your stuff the next day. Not so as it turn out.

The costume is a great idea and with the wig even better. There is a blow up sword with the he man costume. Pity the quality isn't a little better as the Velcro on the back sticks to the costume material and pulls it quit badly so it looks very second hand after wearing once.

We have contacted Royal Mail to ascertain why there was a delay in the delivery of your item but they were unable to explain why the Edinburgh depot received your item a day late. Please accept our apologies for this delay and a £5 refund has been made back to your account in accordance with our compensation for failed next day deliveries.

We are very pleased to hear you were happy with the costume and wig and agree that the sword is a really fun addition to the look. Although we are the retailer, we work closely with the supplier and will certainly pass on your feedback regarding the velcro directly to them.
