My order had an item that they did not have in stock so they held the order until they could ship it complete. That was fine but I would have preferred if they had let me know that was happening. As it was I sent two emails asking about the status of my order before hearing back from them. Of course, just after I sent the second email the package arrived at my door, as it would happen. Ordered Oct 25, delivered Nov 5. I have already placed another order with them, so I'm not too bothered, am I?
