When I rang up, your service team (and Graham ? in particular) where extremely helpful in helping me choose the right part for our faulty towel heater. They even explained how I could fit it which gave me the confidence to have a go myself. The replacement part came within three days and it took me about 35 minutes to repair the heater myself. Since then it has worked perfectly. One very satisfied customer!!
