I purchased an item and my account was debited, I checked my order on a regular basis. The order said delivery between the 13 and 15th of Febuary item ordered on the 8th. This was a gift and was planning to get it on the 15th at the latest. I never received the item and when contacting them they explained that it was out of stock, I was offered my account to be credited but I opted to have my bank account refunded instead.
The delivery charges are too steep for 2-3 business day delivery an extra pound with other companies will get you next day delivery. The only positive thing I can say is they answer the phone fairly quickly.
These are a few suggestions tha may sway me to use WAE+ in the future:
1. Do not take money from account until item has been shipped.
2. Send conformation email for notification of shipment or stock issues.
3. Apologise to customer.
4. Incorporate parcel tracking service.
5. Use alternative courier as UPS are not the best by far.
This was my first dealings with WAE+ and first impressions are not good I will NEVER use this site again. This is a further addition to my review dated 19/02/2013. After reading the latest reviews of others, I am now contacting my bank and will take further actions, I hope I am successful getting this company in public on a programme called watchdog. It is diabolical that anyone should withhold monies or goods from their customers. IT IS THEFT AND FRAUD.

Trust me when I say you won't get much of a better deal than these guys. I browsed around for ages for best prices, and Black circles beat the competition for my 'missus's' Punto. You get a good range of tyre choices with a rating for each one and the price you see is what you pay. Quality.
