DPD UK

Failed to deliver

Worst service EVER!!! Paid £10 to get next day delivery but the DPD driver said there was no-one to sign for the parcel even though I work in an office building with a reception desk. I called and was promised redelivery but that did not happen. I'm moving my business away from them. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I'm sorry that delivery did not take place as scheduled, and for any inconvenience that was caused as a result.
I see from our systems that the parcel is due to be delivered before 10 this morning, and the driver has been instructed to contact you if there are any issues.
