Honestly, if you can't do something well, don't do it at all. They should make less effort on the tireless advertising, and more effort training staff to do their jobs properly. I ordered 5 items in 1 order, received 2 over a week after they were apparently dispatched, 1 a couple of days later, but I am still waiting on the last 2 items. All items were apparently dispatched on the same day, at the same time with Royal Mail, but I am not sure how this can be the case, as all of the deliveries are so widely spread. E-mailed them with no response, spoken to customer services over the phone who advised me to wait longer. I won't be ordering from them again, and I would advise people not to use them.
