I bought a Arbour from gardeners World attracted by the design and competitive price. When it arrived I was impressed with the quality and the way it had been shipped in a crate. Unfortunately one of the panels had cracked on a wood knot line, but a phone call sorted this and a new panel was despatched. I called on Thursday and it was with me on Monday, not bad at all.
It is interesting that others feel that they have suffered from poor customer service. I have called 3 times and the phone has been answered quickly and the member of staff has been polite, friendly, knowledgable and efficient.
I can only talk from my experience but I will be using Gardeners World again and would recommend to friends and family.
