With regards to your issue with delivery, firstly I have looked at your order and I can see you live on the Isle of Skye in the Scottish Highlands, a place that is classed as "remote" in our delivery criteria.
When the automated system looks at your postcode it uses a criteria used by our courier company, and they state that costs and delivery times are increased for your area.

We would normally send our orders out with a specialists courier but as it was for a small order we decided to use Royal Mail, and in this case the cost was a lot lower than a normal courier delivery to your area. If we had used a courier the cost would have been upwards of £10, so I'm sure you can appreciate that a delivery cost of £6.90 is not bad value, but in your case I agree it has not worked in your favour, and with this in mind I will look to review how we send out our remote delivery orders.

With regards to the order, I assume even with the delivery costs to you we are still cheaper than our competitors?
