I never write reviews but I am really disappointed and quite annoyed! i ordered a bed, mattress etc 9 weeks ago now and still no sign of the items. I was advised it would take 5 weeks. Followed up after 6 weeks and was advised that my order should be in the warehouse soon but there would be another two weeks to wait after that for delivery. Finally got a message about the delivery date and called back to see if it could be changed. I was advised that they only deliver once every two weeks so if I didn't take that date, I would need to wait a further two weeks. I changed plans to be able to take the delivery, received a confirmation of my slot and was told that it would be delivered between 3.30pm and 5.30pm today. It is now 8pm and the bed is not here. No call or email and everyone has gone home so I have no idea whether it will late, not be delivered and therefore will i have to wait another two weeks? I am really disappointed with this terrible service and would expect more when you spend £2000. More so, I cancelled plans for the delivery and looks like I am sleeping on the floor tonight (and maybe for the next two weeks?!)as my old bed has been taken apart ready for the delivery. Not a happy customer and won't recommend.
