We were sent a mother and child uplighter (it arrived within 3 days of ordering), assembled it and switched on but after an hour the bulb failed, even though it was meant to last 1000 h. So, I emailed a complaint and suggested I was sent a replacement bulb. Within 2 days a whole new replacement uplighter arrived. So, I emailed to tell them they'd made a mistake and should I send it back. "No", they said "you shouldn't have been inconvenienced and in case the whole unit is defective, we have replaced it." I think this is first-class service.
