Don't believe the next day delivery claims

I ordered a particular spin bike as it had the heavier 18kg wheel, having been attracted to this company by their claims of next day delivery. I was contacted by them 3 days after placing my order and advised that the bike I had paid for was no longer available however they had a similar model they could send me instead. I was assured that this model also had an 18kg wheel and would be delivered to me the next day.

7 days after placing my order, a spin bike finally arrived, however it only has the 13kg wheel.

When I placed the order I wasn't naive enough to think it would actually arrive the very next day, but I think that 7 days is a bit much given the claims on the website. I'm also disappointed to be given a replacement product which does not have the spec I originally paid for. If I send it back however, how long will it take for me to get a replacement? Ultimately, I've got a reasonable bike for a decent price, but the company's service leaves a lot to be desired.
