Hi Freddie, I'm sorry that the delivery prices are expensive. As I'm sure you understand, when sending high value items it is very important for the delivery agent to be reputable and have a very low loss rate. The courier that we use are more expensive than some other carriers but offer an incredibly reliable service so you can be sure your goods will arrive with you undamaged and on time, every time.
Our software engineer is currently overhauling our delivery system so in the new year customers will be able to opt for cheaper delivery methods. When ordering or exchanging, if you are happy for the parcel to take a little longer or if the contents aren't worth as much to insure there will be cheaper options for you.
