not even a star

I ordered a rug recieved an email stating it had been dispatched and will be with me in 48 hours 5 days later didn't have it sent an email to see what had happened was told it was out of stock they were sorry and offered a 10% discount after taking 2 days off work unpaid losing a total of £270 wages this company is a disgrace wouldn't have a rug off them now if they were giving it away

Reply from The Rug House

Customer ordered on Monday. We emailed on Tuesday to say rug was out of stock, offered close alternatives and a 10% discount. This email was ignored and customer emailed on Friday asking where rug was. Re-sent original email confirming that it had first been sent on Tuesday. Customer called up and delivered a tirade of abuse down the phone and claimed she had lost 2 days at work having earlier said that she was not working at all. Comment on Trustpilot claiming that every other review on here has been left by members of staff of The Rug House probably best explains the level of reasoning. We do our best to offer the very best customer service but a happy customer is not always possible.
