You can't really get better
4 year warranty, everything delivered as promised next day. Accurate stock system which is important to me. Free delivery, good packaging.
Got a one hour delivery slot via e mail and text and arrived bang on time.
Apart from getting it free of charge , I don't think they could have done anymore.
I have bought a good few bits and bobs from DV years ago and will continue to buy from these over others I have tried recently.

Be careful on stock items ordered.
Ordered a minibrute online for a sat delivery. Paid, acknowledgment e mail.
It was Thursday (ordered wednesday) and phoned to try and change delivery to Friday instead. Only then was I told it actually wasn't in stock. But no one rang to tell me.
So e mailed them asking to confirm repayment. Which I never got. But did get a phone call apologising and confirming repayment.
Luckily for me I rang them to change the date, had I not, I would have been waiting in all day Saturday for a non existent minibrute.
Whilst they may get rave reviews, they simply are not the cheapest and dispatching goods to couriers is not exactly difficult to get right which seems to be what their selling point is.
I spend about 2-3 grand per month on audio gear and they will not be getting a penny from me.
So 430 quid off my credit card for a few days and not even a phone call to say they didn't have it in stock. Pure luck on my behalf that I phoned to request a change to the delivery date.
Way better online retailers out there doing stuff cheaper.
