Cosy double lol

We booked 2 rooms not cosy double but double double !!!!!!! I have booked with Alpha Rooms quite a lot but when I queried the price promise they were able 2 quote we had just booked double rooms , when all other travel agents and even hotel itself advertises cosy or double rooms !!!! alpha rooms stated there was no difference well let me state there was an if I had of booked with competitor I would have had a bigger room at a fractionally less price so much for loyalty !
