Turned up 2 days late. I had to contact iflowers to ask where they were. Got a couple of standard replies and annoyingly one email said that as an 'act of goodwill' they would be re-delivered. How can that be an act of goodwill?? Eventually got a £10 voucher and the flowers delivered 2 days late so missed and important occasion.
That said I have used iflowers before and the service was first class and so will put this down to bad luck.
Not enough to put me off for goodbut a little wary nevertheless.
