Many questions answered by a helpful voice!

I decided to change all the brass hardware in internal and external doors to chrome. I soon realised that I I knew nothing regarding latches, levers etc. I had to phone a few times to make sure that I was ordering the correct stuff. The 'voice' at the other end replied quickly, asked the right questions and gave the correct advice in a friendly manner. All arrived quickly. I would highly recommend.
