Good price, fast delivery
I bought an inkjet printer/scanner from LambdaTek. They had the item at the best online price, with a very competitive cost for next day delivery by ParcelForce. Item arrived the next day and I was kept informed on the progress and dispatch of my order at each stage by LambdaTek. Very satisfied.

Good price & service, slower dispatch
I placed an order on a Tuesday evening. All items in stock. The cost qualified me for free delivery. I assumed the items would be dispatched the following day so planned to be home on Thursday to receive them. However, they weren't dispatched until Thursday afternoon and delivered Friday morning. By contrast, I ordered something from a different outdoor shop on the Wednesday morning and was notified it had been dispatched 2 hours later! It arrived on Thursday.
The courier's one hour time window for delivery is quite nice, but I'm much more interested in which DAY the goods will arrive than the time.
So I'd be happier if the web site stated clearly that free delivery means 1-2 day dispatch with free next day delivery. If I'd known that I'd have paid extra for the next day service. It's about managing expectations.
Apart from this, the price was excellent, the web site was easy to use and showed clear information about the goods and stock level, and the notifications about delivery (once the goods have been dispatched) very informative.

was in terms of your order fulfilled.
We will look into the possibility of a notification as to the day of delivery
for anything other than paid next day as you suggest.
