Fast response to concerns followed by rapid delivery of glasses
The trial frames allowed me to see what I might like to buy, which was great.
Ordering was easy. The glasses I received did not quite meet my expectations. The reading glasses were heavy and these were changed for a small charge to the lighter lense type. The varifocals had a very short focal range and I wanted a much wider range. These were changed without charge.
Overall the glasses are of good quality and do what they say on the tin. I would like the lense to be thinner and lighter. The glasses weigh 5 & 10g more than my optician's glasses at 20g.
The service was great throughout.

I found the ordering process easy unfortunately my credit card company felt it was odd and blocked it. This was quickly highlighted by LambdaTek and resolved. Item was delivered the following day.
