I have no complaint about the product, and Viovet were helpful in trying to sort out the carrier's mess but the bottom line is that Viovet contract CitiLink so if, as was the case, the product is misdelivered then Viovet take the criticism. What happened was my prescription pet food was delivered to the wrong house and, these people being away, the person looking after the property saw my parcel on the doorstep and put it temporarily in the shed. Only 3 days later was the problem rectified by which time Viovet had promised to send out a new delivery - just in time because our cat's supplies had almost run out. The re-sent order was recalled by Viovet but not before sending me another automated email to say the parcel had been delivered to me. Yet again it hadn't - it had been safely delivered back to the Viovet warehouse. The bottom line is that I made about 8 phone calls to Viovet and CitiLink trying to sort this out, in total about an hour of time (and phone charges), and a further hour wandering around the village looking for the elusive parcel. No suggestion of recompense was made by Viovet.
Delighted with the service Best Pet offers but felt slightly miffed by their special offers. I was sent an e mail advising that a special gift was on offer if you spent over £40 but clicking the link brought up no reference to it. And then when I placed my order it said that 10% discount was available for a second food item. I had ordered two items, but two of the same thing, and the discount code did not work. But for these two fairly minor events I would readily give Best Pet 5 stars.
