Outstanding service

First time we've used this service - and Southend Airport. Arrived just after the half hour mini-van departure, but as there was no-one else, the driver went back to the airport (only 5 minutes away) with just us straight away. Driver told us that they would monitor flights and be in the same drop-off bay for our arrival the following week. Sure enough - he was! Mini van drove right next to my boot both at our arrival at the car park and departure to save us carrying the cases. He even even helped put the cases in the car on our return. An absolute first rate service which coupled with the easiest airport ever (no more Stansted or Gatwick if I can help it from now on) made the journey so relaxing and hazzle free. Thank you.
