I ordered a sofa and two armchairs online but only one of the armchairs was delivered last Friday. I have called the furniture department twice to find out where it is, and both times I was told they would look into it and get in touch. I didn't hear back from them either time. An email later I still have no idea what is going on and have not received a single apology.
Getting seriously fed up of their hold music getting things sorted, wish I'd seen these reviews before placing the order.
