I was allocated an hour slot for delivery today- thought that was great. Wrong.
That hour slot has gone, and the delivery is now 3 hours late. Thought fair enough Ill contact them to see whats going on. DPD can't even do that, you try to get put through to a human but theres no option to do that, instead you spend your time getting closed responses from an automated message. From there I have emailed social media for a response, once again nothing. All i want to know is where is my parcel, and how long am I going to have to waste my time waiting for it?
