Gorgeous Shoes but was disappointed about quality; heel broke on first wear!

You have really gorgeous shoes but was very disappointed on your quality due to one of the heels breaking on my first wear. I am interested to know what you are willing to do for me as a customer who purchased pairs and have recommended my friends to your site. Refund or exchange for a new pair?!!!
