I returned my laptop shortly after purchase as it was impossible to type a complete sentence, due to missing letters and the spacebarot working properly. The loal shopat the westfield Derby wascloed so I rang customer helpline and was told over the phone how to correct the fault, this did not work so I arranged for it to be collected and taken for repair. It was returned 2 weeks later with the same problem, again it was sent back for repair and returned, only to havesame problem. I then visited the currys store at the wyvern and explained that after 3 attempts to fix proble to no avail. Shocked at th deputy managers response, told what do you expect for price I paid and they can't all be tested and that there are more expensive products on display if i would care to look, had an answer for everyhing was bullying and aggresive in his manner. Ispoke to an assistant on leaving the store to stat I would make a complaint and she agreed that his manner/behaiour was unacceptable and agreed I should put this in writng and gae hisname. The laptop was for 4th time sent off to be repaired and I was told keyboard wouldbe replaced.Upon its return the problem continued and i have o keep putting in mising letters which is very frustrating. I received a call from Currys
