Ordered 2 ferry tickets, with an inside cabin and was charged an extra £30 for an indoor cabin, which was not made clear at the time of booking. When I rang to query this, I was told that they werent responsible for the prices on the website - they just took calls. Was then told for an extra £9 I could get an outside cabin - which had I been made aware of at the time of booking, I would have done and then they had the audacity to charge me an extra £10 admin fee - which the representative, [Name], said she would waive but her computer would not let her so I ended up paying another £19 as well!! Complete rip-off - steer well clear of this company.

Thanks for writing this review and thanks for booking with AFerry.co.uk. We do take all feedback seriously as it helps us to make our site better. I am sorry that you didn't find booking with us as easy and straightforward as our other customers do.
Unfortunately, upgrading your cabin requires a further fee - just as it would do if you wanted to upgrade your seat on a flight.
To avoid any confusion, I should mention that when making a purchase customers are always presented with the exact amount they have to pay before they complete their transaction. In fact, we even have a reminder of the amount to be paid right next to the final button the customer must click in order to avoid any confusion. We do not add any hidden charges and doing so would be highly illegal.
Thanks for your feedback.
Best regards,
The AFerry.co.uk Team
