too dusting
when i opened the box and found a lot of wasted paper and made the product very dusty, especially i bought baby product it took me quite a while to clean it.

Many thanks for your comments regarding your order. I'm sorry to learn that the packaging material used wasn't to your satisfaction; please accept my sincerest apologies for this and for whatever inconvenience you were caused.
In an effort to recycle, we shred office paper to place around the products we send out. We do this instead of using plastic material, such as bubble-wrap.
I will personally take a look at the shredded paper we are putting into customer's orders to ensure that this paper isn't too dusty, or that it could cause an issue such as you've experienced.
