Parcelmonkey

Rubbish avoid at all costs.

Parcel Monkey
Same as Jason Cooke problem. they treat customers with disdain they have know phone contact which is always as sign that they have a lot of complaints. They change their policies without notifying regular customers. If you read on you will see the offer of £1.00 for a supposedly fully insured item which i paid extra for also you will see they admit that the insurance they say on their website that they sell you actually is not insurance. I could go on but bored just avoid please.

Good Morning,

On the 1st November 2012 @ 15:02 we sent you an email requesting certain documents and as per your reply sent on 1st November 2012 @ 15:21 you stated ''I am awaiting customer to send the photos. As you can see by your records I have had to send another one to them which does affect out stock control.Invoice is attached.'' However, we never received those documents in time.

Furthermore, we have already explained to you the purpose of our carriage guarantee.

Yours Sincerely,
Liz

You
I did provide documents. You said I didn't provide any documents. Delivery has been twice now as you can see by your records unlike your company we do what we promise. Two times delivery comes to £27.56 not £1.00. So if it's not insurance why is it sold as insurance on your website which is a misrepresentation which I think trading standards will be interested in.

Why is there at time limit when even when you have everything it takes you 28 days to pay out.You better change course here or I won't be using you again you know and everybody knows that the reason they need insurance is the clowns you have delivering are useless. It's practically impossile to damage these without dropping them with force.

Detailed description of the goods:

The product is an aluminium radiator value £340.Ferroli brand new. Just a note to let you know this is not a rare occurrence as somebody told me today parcel force used to break 10% of all his deliveries and we are running at about 5/10% so far as well. Why is there at time limit put on this now of less than a week and you know I paid extra for the insurance as it is proving to be a necessity and you know and so does everybody else that these items are insured twice with the carrier as well. If your insurance cover and what you charge for this is not adequate I suggest you get a better company and charge more for it as I seem to have to jump through hoops to get paid.I stuck with you for all my deliveries as you paid the full insurance cover I took out last time and IO hope you will this time or I will change companies.Thanks.
Detailed description of the damage:

The package has clearly been dropped the pictures will show you when i get them from the customer. The aluminium radiator frame is mangled
