Expected delivery of a package today. At around 4pm, I checked the tracking information on the the parcel, and it had apparently been delivered at 2:39pm and signed for by someone known as 'POSED' yet has not arrived. There has been someone present in the house all day, and there has been no card to indicate even an attempted delivery.
The only thing I can think is that 'POSED' means 'POSTED', as there is no one on our street by that name. If this is the case, then I don't understand how it can be signed for if there was no one present to sign for it.
I suspect it has been delivered to the wrong address on the street, however I cannot check this until my neighbours have returned from work. This is not the first time this has happened, and attempts to contact DPD in the past have often been fruitless. Indeed, I have tried to find the email address for their complaints department which has led me to the Netherlands version of the site, which will naturally not accept my post code as I am in the UK.
This is all rather frustrating, and upsetting that this has happened on multiple occasions.
