I ordered around £106 from MyProtein and it clearly said on your website if I buy more than £50 then I would get free next day delivery. I understand that I placed the the order after 2 pm on Wednesday 31st of October however, I only received the items on Monday 5th October. How is that next day delivery. You had Thursday, Friday and Saturday to deliver. Let's say you were closed on Saturday. What about Friday? I made arrangement so that I could be at home waiting for the delivery as I knew that I had to sign for it and did not want to have to collect it from again from somewhere else. I received an email on Friday night saying that my items have been shipped. But when I contacted DPD, they said that they did not have any records of any deliveries for my parcel. I didn't even have a consignment number, shipment number or anything else to track the order.
I am extremely disappointed with MyProtein and will go back to Optimum Nutrition where I have been paying more for the past 2 years for my supplements but at least they deliver on time.
