even if it is the same day, still in packaging..they say their policy is 'no returns'??????? Spoke to three members of staff..all with conflicting information? Train your staff 'Dreams'..these people are the ones that make you money..instead they are driving customers away! They said their terms and conditions are written on the back of the reciept so how are you supposed to know there are no refunds until you've actually bought something?? I will be getting my money back by hook or by crook..I will involve the office of fair trading, citizens advice and my consumer rights..£210 isn't much for them to refund...and I will be writing negative reviews all over the internet warning other consumers...STAY AWAY FROM DREAMS!!! SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL INDEPENDENT FURNITURE RETAILER....
