good rate with a delay

After a very good experience with my first transfer - better rate than my usual exchange agency and reached recipient in 24 hours - I gave them another go. This time the amount of the transfer dropped slightly to my quote given and it took 4 working days to reach the account due to a reported technical glitch. Will give them another go next time to prove standard set first time.
