Terrible, no attempt at delivery.

I took a day off work today unpaid to receive my new oven after getting text to say it was coming today. It didnt come.
Unable to speak on phone because of automated system with closed questions and no option for non delivery. Disgraceful
They had my phone number, why didnt they phone me?
