Only problem I have had was when I ordered a condenser tumble dryer. I paid for my old one to be taken away and paid for the delivery people to set it up. When the dryer was delivered the drivers said it not their job to take the old one away and I got no chance about setting it up. They said their job was just to deliver the goods. I have had no complaints with any other orders but Very need to change the couriers who deliver big items. I would rate all my other goods brilliant and so was the delivery.
I really needed to send this parcel to Poland but what a carry on I had trying to enter the address. In the end had to click on live chat to help me out. Was also getting stuck as the site was not accepting my parcels measurements. Chat (Ashley) was amazing and so patient while I managed to enter all the details etc. I also forgot to leave instructions for the driver and Ashley very kindly took details from me for the driver. Would highly recommend speaking to Ashley if you can. Kind, considerate and patient and nothing was too much trouble for him. He explained things and helped me to get the details right. Brilliant A+++++++
