We somehow missed a delivery yesterday (6th nov). Can't say why but I was in and never heard the doorbell. It was rescheduled for today so I have stayed in all day, but on looking on the website the ETA was between 5.30-6.30pm. Nothing arrived and on checking the website at 6.30pm it said unable to deliver as run out of time at 6.15pm!! I realise things happen out of your control but my son has paid a lot of money for this item and it is very frustrating. I have no idea what is going to happen now (the website has not been updated) but I am hoping we are first on the list tomorrow. If not I shall be very unhappy.

I'm very sorry you've had such a frustrating delivery experience on this occasion. I hope you and your son have not been too inconvenienced as a result.
