I went for the free carriage as I have had good experiences with other suppliers. TechNextDay apparently view free carriage differently, if they say 7 working days than that is what they will strive for. They will hang on to the order and apparently give everyone else (who paid) priority. I did prompt them as I received no update emails and in the end they delivered in four days. Unlikely to get further orders from me.
