I paid over a thousand pounds for an appliance three weeks ago with a delivery scheduled for the following week. I received a message on the scheduled day of delivery saying that the item had been damaged and would not be delivered. Since that time and despite numerous phone calls, the company has not been able to honour the delivery. Promised return phone calls are not received and messages are not returned? The Company website continues to advertise the item as deliverable within 5 working days - and whilst they promised to update this, once again this has not happened. I am left wondering whether I will see either the appliance or my money ever again? I hope my experience is unique and it has just been an unfortunate set of circumstances - all the other reviews appeared extremely satisfied which was one of the reasons I chose this supplier.
