The past few christmass have been very frustrating in trying to purchase here in the uk a danish product. I decided this year to go straight to a Danish website for assistance. Christina at olisan was fantastic, she called me and spoke in English and even when there was a slight misunderstanding between the two of us she was very patient with me and within a few days she had ordered the items posted them to me and I had them in my hands......quiet unbelievable.
