Never seem to get it right at PCWorld in Canterbury, bought an ipad and asked for a specific "Three" SIM, and was given a know how one instead without being asked! Then "Gruff" the Team Leader told me that O2 runs off Three's network and tried to fob me off. Ended up getting a refund for the SIM, and couldn't be bothered to log a complaint as all the staff I spoke to seemed incompetent or telling me things that weren't true (one even told me that the ipad had to be sold with a SIM......) - one word, AVOID! And also if you have any problems with this store demand to speak to the manager, Gruff had no clout and is definitely in need of customer service training.
£300 more than another company which I discovered only 1 day after my initial query and they take the full amount rather than a deposit even though they cannot guarantee you will get the plate. after sales is poor, and I ended up receiving my retention certificate 7 days before it was due to expire (and that wasn't sent Special delivery as I asked, or not even recorded), I have now found out this was extended so that's improved things somewhat, but again I found the whole process very difficult with numerous contact instances on my part.
This website is only built with the traders in mind. Customers leaving feedback of less than 60% will automatically get "referred" and nearly always never get posted on the site. I had a guy from Quest Landscapes in Canterbury come to landscape my garden, and 1 month after getting to quote, 48 hours before the work was due to start he asked for 90% payment before completion. I tried to leave a review about this but the site came back saying because he didnt get a chance to do the work it can't be posted!
