I have used missguided before, and it's been fine, BUT BE CAREFUL. Ok seemingly it may be me being ignorant but I tried to purchase some items today - the website would stop working when I had entered in my card details, I had no confirmation on the website or any confirmation email, so I tried to make the order again, and again, TURNS OUT I DID IT 6 TIMES... a little keen I know but I thought I was doing something wrong/it was my computer - so basically that was all fine - it didnt work - I presumed it wouldnt work, I need the clothes for tomorrow night (was using next day delivery) but I assumed the orders hadnt been made so I left it. I then checked on my missguided log in and looked at account - I saw all 6 orders I had tried to make AND THEY ARE ALL PROCESSING?!!?!?!?!?!?!??!? Yes all 6 in total it amounts to OVER £1,000.00 so basically I thought to be on the safe side I would cancel the orders online, YOU CANT, so I thought I would email missguided I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE (EVEN AFTER 5 EMAILS) and I have just received two emails regarding TWO OF THE SIX ORDERS (bearing in mind this was 8.40 so probably wont come in time anyway!!!) saying they are being dispatched. IS THIS A JOKE?! No one has got back to me nothing - I even have tried to call a number that someone else mentioned on here (01617079802) to no avail. Basically I am livid, I cant believe how a company can be this ignorant and non responsive to such a big problem not only in my case but it clearly happens all the time. As shown below. Be very careful ordering with them!!!!!
If I dont hear back from them I literally dont know what Ill do.

Our social pages are monitored all day, whereas, as a result of a backlog of emails responses are taking up to 72 hours. But I can assure you that our customer advisors are working tirelessly to complete them as quickly and efficiently as possible.
I have checked on your email and it appears that a member of customer care has dealt with your enquiry.
It is inexcusable that our system did not detect these technical errors and rectify them, I have since contacted the technical team who will look into this matter further.
