i brought a msi gtx 580 from this company for over £250 and had to RMA it after 2 months due to it dying on me, so i paid £10 to send it special delivery after two days of sending it (12-10-2012) i recieved notification of them recieving it and that it would take 5-7 working days to fix. after 8 working days i phoned their RMA customer service to enquire about it and was told that it had been sent back to msi for repair and that i had to wait another 28 days. so i waited for nearly a moth and phoned them again on the 5-11-2012 to enquire yet again about the repair only to find that nothing had been added on my record and that they never recieved my graphics card, i was then told on the phone that i would recieve a full refund of £249.98 and that i could buy a better card for that amount, after researching i have found that i in fact cannot get a better card unless i buy with them again. i phoned them again the day after (as i had checked royal mails track and trace and found that someone had indeed signed for it) and was told by the same rep that they had recieved it but lost it and that i was still only going to get a refund. i still have no explanation or knowledge of where my gtx 580 is and am waiting for the refund and am wondering if they are going to lose that aswell! my advice is to go noware near them as they are going to take the mick out of you. with bad customer service and insolent workers its amazing that they trade at all
