I took delivery last Friday of furniture I ordered from Oak Furniture Land. The 2 delivery guys, [Name] and [Name] were absolutely amazing and a credit not only to your company but to the human race! They were the most helpful and understanding guys and tried (and succeeded) with different options to enable the wardrobe to get upstairs. I have to say what actually happened was above and beyond the call of duty! I would like to say a massive thank you again to these 2 and if you do an employee of the month they both deserve it hands down.
I ordered the Tokyo range last month, very pleased with the quality despite the dressing table having a damaged drawer, the way the problem was resolved was very impressive ( replacement item received 5 days after calling!) Due to the customer service and overall quality I then ordered furniture for another 2 rooms, from the Alto and Bevel ranges. One chest had a bit of damage to it which has just been reported, so hopefully this will be resolved quickly and effeciently as was the previous occasion. Imperfections and problems happen but it is the way they are dealt with, up until now I cannot fault OFL for their customer service. I was unable to check the items within the specified timescale, I contacted them and I was quite happily given a few extra days. Keep up the good work.
