I made a booking through interparcel.com for a MyHermes collection. They collected the parcel in good time and he was friendly enough but then the tracking stays on the first green bar 'BOOKED'...check the next day 'BOOKED'. I found it odd as the parcel was handed over so I assumed it would say 'COLLECTED'. My parcel is still lost in the logistic black hole that is MyHermes and I have lost all faith in them finding it. I also had to sign for it to be collected (stolen) from me.
You live and learn. You get what you pay for and with this cut throat company I got just that.
