We received 2xTwiggy 18 and 2 x Twiggy 7 lights a couple of days after order back in January 2010. We didn't attempt to fit the lights until last week as set some time aside to carry out renovations and redecoration to our living room which we duly completed last week. Upon fitting one of the Twiggy 18 ceiling lights it was noted by our electrician that the LV Transformer was faulty. We contacted the Customer Service Dept at Litecraft and promptly received the replacement transformer the next day.... and the electrician fitted it too! All are now working and are fine.... In recent times where positive recognition for staff actions sometimes seems to be lacking, both my wife and I wanted Litecraft to know that we were extremely pleased with how efficiently their CS Department has dealt with our fault issue and the rapid and positive response we have received from their Customer Service Staff in particular a lady that unfortunately my wife couldn't recall her name. We shall certainly come back to Litecraft first should we require any new light fittings in future.... Customer Service at it's best!!! Thanks Again!! Best Regards Mr C Evans
