Paid extra for Large Bouquet, shouldn't of bothered! The smallest i've ever seen.
We will not be using this company again.

I am extremely sorry for the disappointment you have encountered with the flowers you sent to your recipient. To compensate for this we would like to refund the extra money you paid for the larger bouquet and we would also like to offer you a complimentary bouquet as a means of apology from Iflorist.
